My goal is to have the viewer lose themselves in each drawing by creating a detailed and immersive image that transports them to a place they think they can remember, but cannot place.

I consistently try to bring two separate feelings together in my work. The first is the feeling of being a child at night in their bed, flipping through the pages of an illustrated storybook lit by low, warm light. The second is the feeling of walking alone through rich forest, and witnessing something in the flash of second that you just can’t explain.
